As part of Gooding Pro Rodeo's Tough Enough To Wear Pink campaign a boot camp geared especially for women was held the first day of the rodeo. Over 50 ladies got a once in a lifetime opportunity to go behind the chute of pro rodeo and spend the morning with several of the nations finest PRCA cowboys, including Royce Ford, Jarrod Ford, Cody Hancock, Kody Pierce along with bullfighter Marc Gill, Barrleman Donnie Landis, Announcer Steve Kenyon, sound tech. Jill Schrock and pickup man Bobby Mariott and contractors Hal Burns and TJ Korkow. Stations were set up for the ladies to rotate though out the morning to show the participants the finer points of professional rodeo. BBQ flank steak salads and all the cold beer and refreshments were served for lunch.
